Dead on Arrival (DOA) Protection

We offer DOA protection on all items. If your item arrives dead or significantly damaged, you are eligible for a full refund or replacement.

Eligibility for DOA Protection:

  1. Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
  2. Provide a photo of the damaged or dead item.
  3. Send your request to our customer service at enchantedgrow@gmail.com with your order number and the photos attached.
  4. ALL CLAIMS MUST INCLUDE PHOTOS OF THE PRODUCT IN ITS ORIGINAL PACKAGING

General Return and Refund Policy

  • Returns: If you have any issues with your order, please contact us, and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.
  • Refunds: If an item is confirmed DOA, we will process your refund within 3 business days. The refund will be credited back to the original payment method or store credit will be given.

  2. Attach Photos: Include clear photos of the dead or damaged item.

Conditions for Refund and Replacement

  • Photos must clearly show the condition of the item.
  • The original packaging should be retained until the claim is resolved.
