Butterworts are fascinating carnivorous plants known for their striking, sticky leaves that effortlessly trap small insects. These rosettes of vibrant green or sometimes pinkish leaves exude a glistening, sticky substance that attracts and digests prey, providing essential nutrients to the plant.
Butterworts also feature charming, delicate flowers that range from purple to white, blooming on slender stems above the leaves. They thrive in bright, indirect light and prefer consistently moist, well-draining soil. Ideal for terrariums or as a unique houseplant, Butterworts are low-maintenance yet captivating with their insect-catching abilities.
Care Tips:
- Light: Bright, indirect light.
- Water: Keep soil moist but not waterlogged. Use distilled or rainwater.
- Humidity: Prefers high humidity (around 50-70%).
- Soil: Use a well-draining, carnivorous plant mix.
- Feeding: Naturally catches small insects, but occasional feeding can boost growth.
Bring home this unique, insect-eating wonder and add a touch of botanical intrigue to your collection! 🪴✨

I emailed for a refund as the plants were barely visible in the pots & not survivable. It was disappointing that such a product was shipped to a customer & accepting money for really nothing. I am waiting for a replacement shipment offerred to see if they will be actually plants. If not, I will request my refund.
Hello today 11-20-2025. Just received my plants. Both look so dead. Nothing like what I expected.
I don't think they're gonna make it.
This is my first through the male plant purchase and my first carnivorous plant. It arrived in great condition. And so far, think i'm doing okay with taking care of it. I have no complaints and will most likely order more in the future.
Died within a week. Came unpotted which helped its demise. They say to wait and for the plant to destress, which i did. I also followed instructions on how to plant and used distilled water. Poor guy didnt make it.
